Our mission

Supporting, empowering, opening pathways to autonomy.

Founded in September 2024, Diaspora Passerelle Sénégal (D.P.S.) supports, materially and morally and without distinction, young people and anyone in a situation of vulnerability who turns to it. We act through housing, access to rights and healthcare, and socio-educational and professional support.

The ten fields of action in detail
Our method

360° scoping, agile delivery. ★ Bootstrap ~40 days

We bring the rigour of agile methods to non-profit projects: a clear vision, defined roles, genuine listening to beneficiaries and a measurable roadmap. Together, let's build the future — methodically.

01

Vision & priorities, aligned

A project team aligned around a shared vision, priorities set collectively and external constraints identified from day one.

02

Roles & responsibilities, clear

Every member knows their role and interactions: light governance, shared tools and a common working methodology.

03

Listening to beneficiaries — "Walk in my shoes"

Personas of target audiences and field immersions to understand real needs before designing programmes.

04

Storymap & a realistic roadmap

Actions are broken down into concrete activities and milestones, with early quick wins to build momentum.

05

Risks, impact measurement & continuous improvement

Risks anticipated and mitigated, tracking indicators, regular beneficiary feedback: we measure real impact and adapt our programmes.

The method in detail
Funding & partners

Transparent resources, solid alliances.

In accordance with our statutes, our resources rest on three pillars, rigorously managed and presented every year to the General Assembly.

Membership fees

The annual fee — set by the General Assembly and shared during your first contact — funds member services, including repatriation solidarity, and safeguards the association's independence.

Grants & philanthropy

Public grants and private support amplify our integration, training and international mobility programmes.

Partners & sponsors

Companies, educational institutions, NGOs and diaspora associations: together, we maximise the impact of every action.
