From first welcome to company creation, from training to international mobility: our programmes cover the entire journey to autonomy, as defined in Article 3 of our statutes.

Youth professional integration

  • Guide young people into employment with personalised advice and one-to-one follow-up.
  • Run mentoring programmes where experienced professionals guide young people through their career journey.
  • Organise CV-writing, cover-letter and job-interview preparation workshops.

Training & education

  • Deliver training aligned with labour-market needs: technical, digital and language skills.
  • Partner with educational institutions and companies to develop work-study programmes and internships.
  • Offer scholarships and financial aid to encourage further study and vocational training.

Support structures

  • Create employment resource centres providing information on job openings, internships and available training.
  • Set up coworking spaces and business incubators to foster youth entrepreneurship.
  • Build online platforms connecting young job-seekers with employers and recruiters.

Entrepreneurship support

  • Help young people turn their business ideas into reality: advice, training and company-creation tools.
  • Organise start-up competitions and hackathons to spark innovation and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Unlock access to finance through partnerships with financial institutions and investors.

Social & civic inclusion

  • Promote young people's civic and social engagement through community projects and volunteering.
  • Raise awareness of citizens' rights and duties and encourage participation in democratic processes.
  • Deploy personal-development programmes: self-confidence and interpersonal skills.

Access to information & technology

  • Bridge the digital divide: free Internet access and computer equipment in resource centres.
  • Provide digital-skills training to prepare young people for the jobs of tomorrow.
  • Encourage the use of information technology for education and job-searching.

Health & wellbeing

  • Run awareness campaigns on young people's mental and physical health.
  • Provide psychological support services and wellbeing programmes.
  • Promote healthy, balanced lifestyles through sport and leisure activities.

Partnerships & networks

  • Build partnerships with companies, educational institutions, NGOs and public bodies to maximise impact.
  • Create a network of professionals and alumni for mentoring and networking.
  • Take part in forums, conferences and fairs to promote the association's initiatives and opportunities for youth.

International mobility & exchange

  • Facilitate exchanges and internships abroad for enriching professional and cultural experiences.
  • Work with diaspora associations to create opportunities for return and investment in Senegal.
  • Promote international volunteering programmes that build skills and experience.

Evaluation & continuous improvement

  • Put evaluation mechanisms in place to measure the impact of our programmes on youth integration.
  • Regularly gather beneficiaries' feedback to improve services and programmes.
  • Adapt to labour-market changes and young people's needs to stay relevant and effective.
