International Solidarity Organisation · Senegal ↔ Global diaspora
Professional integration, entrepreneurship, digital inclusion, international mobility and solidarity: we are building the bridge between both shores — starting today.
Countdown to January 1st, 2050
Founded in September 2024, Diaspora Passerelle Sénégal (D.P.S.) supports, materially and morally and without distinction, young people and anyone in a situation of vulnerability who turns to it. We act through housing, access to rights and healthcare, and socio-educational and professional support.

Mentoring, personalised advice and follow-up of every journey towards employment.
Exchanges, international internships and return opportunities driven by the diaspora, from North America to Europe and beyond.
Our programmes cover a young person's entire journey: learning, finding a job, starting a business, engaging and opening up to the world.
Mentoring by experienced professionals, CV and cover-letter workshops, job-interview preparation.
Technical, digital and language training aligned with the labour market, work-study, internships and scholarships.
Idea incubation, start-up competitions, hackathons and connections with funders and investors.
Community projects, volunteering, awareness of citizens' rights and duties, and personal development.
Bridging the digital divide: free access to the Internet and equipment, digital-skills training.
Awareness campaigns, psychological support and healthy lifestyles through sport and leisure.
Internships abroad, international volunteering and opportunities for return and investment in Senegal.
Alliances with companies, schools, NGOs and institutions; an alumni network for mentoring and networking.
Employment resource centres, coworking spaces, incubators and online platforms connecting youth and recruiters.
Impact indicators, beneficiary feedback and constant adaptation of programmes to real needs.
Our 360° scoping targets the sectors where the diaspora can make the most tangible impact, in Senegal and wherever it lives — Europe, the Americas, Africa and beyond.
We bring the rigour of agile methods to non-profit projects: a clear vision, defined roles, genuine listening to beneficiaries and a measurable roadmap. Together, let's build the future — methodically.
A project team aligned around a shared vision, priorities set collectively and external constraints identified from day one.
Every member knows their role and interactions: light governance, shared tools and a common working methodology.
Personas of target audiences and field immersions to understand real needs before designing programmes.
Actions are broken down into concrete activities and milestones, with early quick wins to build momentum.
Risks anticipated and mitigated, tracking indicators, regular beneficiary feedback: we measure real impact and adapt our programmes.
In accordance with our statutes, our resources rest on three pillars, rigorously managed and presented every year to the General Assembly.
The annual fee — set by the General Assembly and shared during your first contact — funds member services, including repatriation solidarity, and safeguards the association's independence.
Public grants and private support amplify our integration, training and international mobility programmes.
Companies, educational institutions, NGOs and diaspora associations: together, we maximise the impact of every action.
Becoming a member means concretely supporting our programmes and joining a community of solidarity connecting Senegal to its diaspora on every continent. The fee is set by the General Assembly and due before 31 January each year.
The association is run by a board of five elected members, supported by a bureau. All directors are volunteers.
